In an effort to bring the Capital District YMCA, Greene County branch, to the community a phased approach is currently being put out for bid. In this approach the Y is looking to build a wellness facility and gymnasium in phase 1 and the pool, which will come at a later time, is part of phase 2. In an effort to ensure ground breaking in the spring, less than $1 million dollars is needed to be raised.
