Advanced Step

This step class will liven up your workouts!  It builds both intensity and advanced level step combinations together to create a challenging, endurance workout.  (Previous step experience is highly recommended for this class.)

 

Athletic Yoga

A yoga strength/stretch class with an athletic twist to it.  This class contains flowing athletic moves and yoga poses that will improve your strength, balance and flexibility.  Get excited to experience and feel the strength, empowerment, and unity of mind and body that athletic yoga provides. (Prior yoga experience recommended but not required.)

 

Awesome Abs

Blast your abs with a 15 minute high intensity core workout. Great for any level.

 

Cardio Conditioning w/ Sculpting Intervals

Cardiovascular exercise improves your cardiovascular endurance and burns calories. Resistance training (body sculpting) strengthens your bones and sculpts your body. Please join us for a class that incorporates both of these elements which equals a great overall workout!

 

Cardio Kickboxing

Jab and kick your way through this high energy workout!  This class improves your cardiovascular fitness with high intensity cardio kickboxing combinations.  Be prepared to sweat!  Class ends with abdominal exercises.

 

Hi/Lo Aerobics

Choreographed patterns of both high and low impact aerobics will give you the ultimate calorie burning workout. Energetic music and movement will challenge and motivate you.

 

Nia

Nia is a holistic fitness program that challenges your body, mind and spirit by fusing the martial arts, healing arts and dance.  Set to diverse music, Nia provides a great cardiovascular workout and increases your strength, flexibility, mobility and agility.

 

Pilates Mat

The Pilates method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises. Pilates strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and mind, and creates a more streamlined shape. This class will specifically focus on the Pilates mat work and will be taught on a mat.

 

 STRENGTH CONDITIONING WITH CARDIO INTERVALS: Strength exercises combined with cardiovascular intervals will challenge your body from head to toe.  Sculpt your body and burn calories to the max, all rolled into one great, motivating class!
   

TOTAL BODY ZEN

   

   
 Combine traditional strength training with Tai Chi, Pilates and yoga postures to develop and tone the entire body. Use light hand weights and your own body weight in this uniquely challenging workout.
   

Yoga

An intermediate level yoga class that will invigorate your body and reduce stress. You will experience traditional yoga poses, stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques which will improve your flexibility, balance, strength and overall wellness.
